Fire Protection District, local government, providing all hazards emergency services to north-west St. Tammany Parish.
Fire District 13 comprises approximately 30 square miles of western St. Tammany Parish and covers a long stretch of I-12 from Hwy 21 westward all the way to the Parish line. District 13 has three fire stations, approximately 40 part-time paid firefighters and staff along with six full-time Fire Equipment Operators, three full-time Captains, one full-time Fire Chief, and an Administrative Assistant.
