She has a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Alabama and a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Dr. Brady's areas of interest within Management include employee well-being\, organizational culture\, diversity\, and leadership. In the classroom\, she enjoys using experiential learning techniques\, discussions\, and developmental reflections to teach these concepts.
