Oktoberfest is every Wednesday and Thursday\, Oktober 4\, 2023 through November 9\, 2023. Guests will enjoy German appetizers\, entrees and desserts.\n\n\n\nMiddendorf's Owner Horst Pfeifer is the man behind it all. He grew up in Germany and is a European Master Chef. It's the busiest time of year for him.\n\n\n\n"To make it real authentic and make it right\, it takes a lot of work. We start talking about Oktoberfest around March. It's always a hunt to find the right ingredients\, the right mustard\, the right pickles\," shared Horst Pfeifer. "I use a lot of recipes from my mother and from when I worked in Munich. I also learned about making sausages from my brother who is a butcher in Germany."\n\n\n\nDuring Oktoberfest\, there is a different German meal available each week for lunch and dinner\, 10:30am-9:00pm (while supplies last). Guests who eat an Oktoberfest meal for all six weeks will receive an Oktoberfest prize. Punch cards must be punched each week and turned in on the final week.\n\n\n\nBoth locations will have a great variety of German beer on tap and by the bottle including Franziskaner Weissbier\, Paulaner Oktoberfest and Warsteiner Oktoberfest. There will also be a nice selection of German liqueur including Himbeergeist\, Kirschwasser and Bauer's Obstler.\n\n\n\nWhile eating and drinking\, guests will enjoy live German accordion music at both locations\, 4:30pm-8:30pm. At Middendorf's Manchac\, David C. Symons will be playing.
