DESCRIPTION:Partake is an event series featuring delectable food and libations.  Coming up on February 7\, we will have a Wine Tasting Dinner...\n\nTHE WINE:  Mallory Young of Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits will be joining us for the evening.  With Valentine's Day right around the corner\, Mallory will showcase a variety of wines from France.  The winemakers include Domaines Schlumberger\, Dow's and Hampton Water which are all part of Southern Glazer's massive portfolio.  Southern Glazer's is the world's preeminent distributor of wine and spirits.\n\nTHE FOOD:  Each of the French wines were carefully selected to compliment a four course gourmet meal created by Horst Pfeifer\, a European Master Chef\, former owner of Bella Luna (a fine dining restaurant in the French Quarter) and current owner of Middendorf's Seafood Restaurant which marks its 90th anniversary this year.
