DESCRIPTION:Coming up next in our Partake event series at Middendorf's Slidell is a Wine Tasting Dinner on Wednesday\, March 6\, 2024 at 6:30pm.\n\n\nTHE WINE:  Hanna\, Sanford\, Dueling Pistols\, Pasa D'Oro    Yeah\, it's going to be an outstanding night tasting all of these wines from California.  We'll be guided throughout the night by our friend and wine expert Mallory Young of Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits.  Glazer's is the world's preeminent distributor of wine and spirits.\n\nTHE FOOD:  Each of the wines will compliment a four course gourmet meal created by European Master Chef Horst Pfeifer\, former owner of Bella Luna (a fine dining restaurant in the French Quarter) and current owner of Middendorf's Seafood Restaurant (marking its 90th anniversary this year).   Chef Pfeifer is excited to present the following menu for the March Partake event \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTHE MENU\n\n1st Course\n\nSnapper Crudo\n\nApples\, Pistachios\, Fris e\n\nHanna Sauvignon Blanc 2022\n\n \n\n2nd Course\n\nBlackened Redfish\n\nCorn\, Avocado\, Onion\, Fresh Herbs\, Smoked Jalape o Relish\n\nSanford Pinot Noir  2019\n\n \n\n3rd Course\n\nVenison Two Ways\n\nBaden-Baden\n\nDueling Pistols Red Blend  2016\n\n \n\n4th Course\n\nChocolate Cherry Cake\n\nVanilla Ice Cream\, Whipped Cream\n\nPaso D'Oro Cabernet Sauvignon  2021\n\n \n\nBella Luna Focaccia Bread and Whipped Butter will be available throughout the meal.\n\nWelcome Drink: TBA\n\n\n\n\n\nMore details \n\n\n	The evening begins at 6:30pm in the "Bella Luna" private dining room. A welcome drink (TBA) will be served at this time.  Feel free to walk around and mingle.\n	At 7:00pm\, we will ask for everyone to be seated. Dinner will begin shortly.\n	Seating is banquet style.  This is a social event celebrating our shared love of food and wine.\n	Attire is business casual.\n	The price for this Wine Tasting Dinner is 100.00 per person (tax and gratuity included)*.\n	Reservations are required.
