About the Role

The RBT works under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in order to implement skill acquisition and behavior intervention programs with children diagnosed with (ASD). RBT is responsible for data collection, treatment implementation, and the overall care of the clients with which they work. The RBT reports to supervising BCBA, Assistant Clinical Director, and Clinical Director.

About You

  • Possess at least a High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree in a related field always preferred.
  • Obtain and maintain Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board (LBAB) registered line technician certification (to be provided by employer upon hire).
  • Obtaining and maintaining Registered Behavior Technician certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) (to be provided by employer upon hire).
  • Obtain and maintain certification for CPR and BLS (to be provided by employer upon hire).
  • Possess a valid drivers license and provide proof of auto insurance.
  • Demonstrate passion and patience for working with young children.
  • Exhibit strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Benefits & Wages

  • $16.50-$18.50 pay range.
  • 10 days PTO, with jump to 15 days upon 4 years of employment.
