About the Role 

BCBA provides support to clients, families, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) by coordinating and overseeing the implementation of ABA strategies and procedures.  BCBA conducts skills and behavior assessments in order to design and maintain effective, meaningful, and individualized treatment programs for children diagnosed with ASD. BCBA provides ongoing supervision and training of RBTs as it relates to the delivery of ABA services in a clinical setting and consults with parents/guardians to ensure the carryover of treatment plans in the client’s home/natural environment. 

About You 

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in related field required. 

  • Current BCBA certification from Behavior Analyst Certification Board required. 

  • Current LBA license from Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board required. 

  • 2 or more years practicing as BCBA is preferred. 

  • Obtain and maintain certification for CPR and BLS (to be provided by employer upon hire).  

  • Possess a valid driver’s license and provide proof of auto insurance. 

  • Demonstrate passion and patience for working with young children. 

  • Exhibit strong communication, collaboration, time management, and supervision skills. 

Benefits & Wages 

  • Salary from $75,000. 

  • 15 days PTO. 

  • 8 Paid Holidays. 

  • Annual continuing education stipend plus 2 paid continuing education days. 

  • 75% employer contribution to Medical, Dental, and Vision. 

  • Company covers LBAB and BACB licensure and certification fees.
