Avena Comprehensive Care is a locally owned, nurse practitioner–led wellness clinic serving Mandeville and the greater Northshore community. Founded nearly four years ago by Alison L. Thornhill, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, and Jessica Bordelon, MBA, APRN, ANP-C, Restore was built on a shared vision of delivering personalized, relationship-centered healthcare that blends medical expertise with innovative wellness solutions.
With strong clinical and business leadership, Alison and Jessica have created a practice focused on prevention, performance, and long-term vitality. The clinic specializes in hormone optimization for men and women, medical weight management, IV nutrient therapy, peptide therapy, and Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership services.
