About Us

Data Dude Intelligence is a COO for rent. We help business owners use their business data to calculate 18-month roadmaps to 2X their profits.

Unlike business coaches or marketing agencies, we alone deploy BOTH a comprehensive, data-backed roadmap to doubling profit and the expert teams who do it for the client.

Who do we serve?:
Our specialty is helping business owners of software products (SaaS), but we also help a lot of home service businesses. At a bare minimum, a business should generate $100,000 in annual revenue before our services start to make economic sense.

How do we do it?:
We use data, your business data, to diagnose the various problems you’re experiencing in your company and then craft a roadmap to success that your data suggests is optimal. We don’t look at just one thing. Businesses are complex entities and need sophisticated plans to attack multi-factorial problems. One size does not fit all, but all must master the same core principles to find success in their unique way.

In particular, we use 12+ data-backed, time-tested strategies that every business can use to correct existing struggles and optimize performance for their entire operation. We carefully evaluate each business according to this framework to identify the right plan for you.

With the diagnosis and plan in place, we can either coach you to implement it or we can bring our team of marketing, finance, technology, or business intelligence experts to make it happen.

What problems do we solve?:
The short answer: profit problems.

However, profit problems manifest themselves through many different symptoms that all typically leave the business owner:
- frustrated
- exhausted
- discouraged
- overwhelmed.

Profit problems are usually what manifest with high aspirations, but:
- lack of clarity
- wasting time on rabbit-hole solutions
- low focus
- confusion on which path forward to take
- negative mindsets
- poor marketing messages
- bad pricing
- unscalable operational models

- lack of expertise or manpower
- burnout
- uncontrolled costs
- too much to do

We have 12+ strategies we use to address these issues and more.
