Melissa has more than 30 years’ experience in management, strategic business communication and public relations. Her work has earned the highest honors from International Association of Business Communicators, Public Relations Society of America, American Marketing Association, Ad Club, Press Club and Web Marketing Association. Melissa is accredited by both IABC and PRSA and earned a bachelor’s in communication from the University of Alabama. She has led communication efforts for St. Tammany Parish government transition teams, boards of the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, Leadership St. Tammany and Three Rivers Art Festival.  Prior to her agency leadership role as Vice President of Gambel, Melissa directed communication strategy for St. Tammany Health System.
