La Colline Farm is a small, family-run flower farm based in St. Tammany Parish (Folsom), focused on growing seasonal, specialty cut flowers and cultivating meaningful connections between people, land, and community.

Founded in 2021, La Colline combines sustainable growing practices with a deep respect for Louisiana’s climate, soils, and agricultural traditions. The farm produces a diverse range of flowers — including annuals, perennials, bulbs, and roses — supplying local customers through direct sales, wholesale, and seasonal offerings.

Beyond production, La Colline is committed to education and engagement. The farm regularly shares practical growing knowledge and develops educational tools, courses, and resources that support other growers across the Gulf South. This work reflects a belief that agriculture plays a vital role not only in local economies, but in building resilient, connected communities.
