Neurocognitive Specialty Group’s New Orleans clinic is located in Slidell, Louisiana, and is directed by Dr. Jesse Smotherman. The clinic serves both shores of Lake Pontchartrain and greater southeast Louisiana, including New Orleans, Metairie, the Westbank, Houma, Slidell, Mandeville, Covington, Hammond, and Baton Rouge. The Slidell office completes neuropsychological and psychodiagnostic evaluations on referral from neurologists, psychiatrists, and primary care physicians. Common referral questions include traumatic brain injury, dementia and age-related cognitive change, epilepsy and pre-surgical workup, stroke, ADHD, and other neurologic and psychiatric conditions.
