Roses in Bloom is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering neurodiverse young adults through inclusive employment opportunities, life skills development, community engagement, and supportive educational programs. Founded with a mission of helping young adults “bloom” into confident, valued members of the community, the organization partners with local businesses, families, and community leaders to create pathways for independence, vocational growth, and meaningful social connection.

Through fundraising events, community outreach, workforce development initiatives, and partnerships with programs, Roses in Bloom works to build a more inclusive and supportive environment where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
