Taste of Louisiana Utah is a Mobile Dining Establishment and Full Service Event Caterer serving a Full Restaurant Scale Menu. We provide a rich experience of flavor, culture and fun providing exceptional Southern Hospitality Serving Iconic Scratch made Louisiana Entree’s and Desserts such as seafood gumbo, Fish, Chicken and Shrimp Po-boy Sandwiches, Cajun Persuasion, Shrimp and Grits, Crawfish Etouffee’, Collard Greens, Baked Cheese Grits topped with bacon, Red Beans and Rice, macaroni shrimp salad, potato salad, Cajun crab fries with sassy sauce, red velvet waffle and chicken, sassy egg platter, fish and grits, chicken and waffle, Had ‘Em At Banana Pudding, Sweet Potato Pecan Pie with Cinnamon whip topping, red velvet cupcakes “like no other”, and Dat Sweet Tea under one brand. Jerrrell and Helena Carter, Owner and Co-Founder of Taste of Louisiana Utah established in 2016 as a mobile food truck after 22 years of military service in the U.S. Army. With a vast array of loyal client support including Utah Jazz, Delta Center, University of Utah and Hill Air Force Base we opened a restaurant in Salt Lake City in 2022 with peak revenues of $377k.As we build relationships in Louisiana we are confident to continue the same momentum Taste of Louisiana established in Utah. Secured relationships with premier organizations like Louisiana State University Foodii Incubator, My House Events, Louisiana APEX Accelerator Program and New Orleans Black Chamber assures our community partners we are well on our way to mirroring the success initiated in Utah.
