Wayne Songy and Associates is a 32 year old, locally owned full service real estate company handling all aspects of the business including, purchasing, selling, leasing, and property management. We were founded by Wayne Songy, Sr who has over 50 years of experience in the industry and are now run by Wayne, Jr. who focuses on company growth and modernization while upholding the values on which the company was built which include honesty, strong work ethic, and treating agents and clients like family. We have offices in Slidell and Mandeville and service the Southshore and Northshore and their surrounding areas as well as Mississippi.
