I am reaching out to see if your company would be interested in having Maxem Health Urgent Care come on site or set up a time to perform COVID antibody testing for your employees.

We are waiting to hear back from our labs to see if insurances will cover the cost, but right now we are offering two types of antibody testing.

  1. Rapid Antibody Testing – same day results and testing the IGG and IGM antibodies for $60

  2. IGG Antibody Testing – 1-3 days for results using AEL labs for $50

Some background on the tests: IGG

This test may be helpful if you:

  • Have had a positive test for COVID-19 and it has been at least 7 days and you want to know if you have detectable levels of IgG antibodies

  • Have not experienced a fever or felt feverish in the last 3 days

  • Have not experienced new or worsening symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 10 days: loss of smell or taste, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, feeling weak or lethargic, lightheadedness or dizziness, vomiting or diarrhea, slurred speech, and/or seizures

IGM is usually the first antibody produced by the immune system when a virus attacks. A positive IgM test indicates that you may have been infected and that your immune system has started responding to the virus. When IgM is detected you may still be infected or you may have recently recovered from a COVID-19 infection.
