Six St. Tammany Parish seniors will be recognized for ongoing contributions to their communities when the St. Tammany Council on Aging (COAST) presents its inaugural Every Moment Counts awards at its 50th Anniversary Gala on August 11th.
Recipients are: Elizabeth Dupuy, Houston Anthony, Gene Bellisario, John Carver, Ella Mae Selmon and Becky Gilly.
The awards ceremony will take place Saturday, August 11 from 7-10 p.m. at the Fleur de Lis Event Center, 1645 North Causeway Boulevard, Mandeville. The black-tie optional event will feature a full buffet dinner, an open bar and live music with Mark Monistere.
