Join the St. Tammany Chamber's Live Better St. Tammany Committee for a Live Better Coffee & Learn on "Mental Health Matters." Speakers are Monique Gregoire with NAMI St. Tammany and Don Mueller who volunteers at St. Tammany Outreach for the Prevention of Suicide and will give a personal testimonial.

Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center is hosting the program at its location on 1203 S. Tyler Street in Covington. Networking and a light breakfast are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. with the program from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

There is no cost to attend and seating is limited.
