NAMI St. Tammany Family Support Group

NAMI St. Tammany's FREE Family Support Group provides guidance and resources in a confidential and accepting enviornment for anyone with a loved one living with a mental illness. 

Facilitated by a community member who has experienced a similar journey with their own loved one, Family Support Group participants gain strength and understanding from other family members by utilizing a collective lived experience and learned wisdom.

Join us the 1st Tuesday of each month at the First United Methodist Church with Living Hope Ministries.
