NAMI St. Tammany - Family-to-Family

If you are supporting a loved one living with a mental illness, Family-to-Family provides help and resources to ease your on your journey. 

Taught by a trained community members who has experience a similar journey with their own loved one, this FREE course provides information and strategies to communicate and advocate for your loved one while learning to take care of yourself. 

Class begins Tuesday, September 5th and meets online every Tuesday and Thursday evening for 4 weeks. 

Space is limited and registration is required.
