CommCare® Corporation has owned and operated skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout Louisiana since 1994. Jim will speak on his observations of the current state of affairs in the state government, and how it relates to the business community. This will be based on his experience in both arenas.

James W. “Jim” Tucker has been a managing partner in various real estate companies since 1996. From 2001 to 2012, he served as a representative in the Louisiana Legislature and was elected Speaker of the House from 2008 to 2012. As a member of the legislature, Mr. Tucker served on the Insurance, Retirement, Labor, Transportation & Public Works committees.
