This date is especially meaningful to our team. Across our organization, November 23rd is celebrated as "Fiery Crab Day"—a tradition established by our founder, Andy Yang, to express our gratitude and give back to the communities that support us. It is our way of bringing neighbors together and showing appreciation for everyone who makes our work possible as we open our doors in Covington after years of local requests. To help celebrate, our Fiery Crab mascot will be attending.
