With the November 4 election coming up, the breakfast presented by our Governmental Affairs committee will focus on "State of Elections," with Louisiana Secretary of State Tom Schedler and Greg Rigamer, founder and director of GCR, a professional consulting firm that specializes in election reporting systems.
