An effort by Chamber to reach out to YP’s in community and be part of regional initiatives such as 504ward and the I-10/12 Young Professional Organization Initiative. 
These initiatives are part of an effort to engage YP’s in the community and mentor them so they will be successful in Louisiana, thereby stopping the brain drain.
Young Professional is defined as anyone under 40.
