St. Tammany Parish will welcome a new business growth and leadership firm this January as Ramos Leadership Co. officially launches with a reception for local business owners and leaders.

The launch event will take place Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Pontchartrain Yacht Club, and is open to all St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce members as well as local business owners and entrepreneurs.

Founded by Marco Ramos and Brittany Picolo-Ramos (host of "Selling the Big Easy"), Ramos Leadership Co. is a business growth and leadership strategy firm designed to help business owners strengthen execution, leadership, systems, and long-term direction. The company focuses on working with entrepreneurs, executives, and leadership teams who are navigating growth, transition, or inflection points in their business.
