Partake Wine Tasting Dinner

Partake is an event series featuring delectable food and libations.  Coming up on February 7, we will have a Wine Tasting Dinner...

THE WINE:  Mallory Young of Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits will be joining us for the evening.  With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, Mallory will showcase a variety of wines from France.  The winemakers include Domaines Schlumberger, Dow’s and Hampton Water which are all part of Southern Glazer’s massive portfolio.  Southern Glazer’s is the world’s preeminent distributor of wine and spirits.

THE FOOD:  Each of the French wines were carefully selected to compliment a four course gourmet meal created by Horst Pfeifer, a European Master Chef, former owner of Bella Luna (a fine dining restaurant in the French Quarter) and current owner of Middendorf’s Seafood Restaurant which marks its 90th anniversary this year.  Chef Pfeifer is passionate about food and enjoys the opportunity to return to his culinary roots.

* The evening begins at 6:30pm in the “Bella Luna” private dining room. A welcome drink will be served at this time.  Feel free to walk around and mingle.

* At 7:00pm, we will ask for everyone to be seated. Dinner will begin shortly.

* Seating is banquet style.  This is a social event celebrating our shared love of food and wine.

* Attire is business casual.

* The price for this Wine Tasting Dinner is 100.00 per person (tax and gratuity included)*.
