SBAC Seminar

As every business owner is aware, 2010 was a challenging year economically and legislatively.  Congress passed some new laws that took effect immediately and others that have a staggered implementation date.  The ‘lame duck’ Congress didn’t just sit around and watch the clock tick, either; they made their mark on extended unemployment benefits and changes to payroll taxes.   With all of the confusing new regulations, this is a time when a business owner really needs a score card to know what to do and when and attending the January Small Business seminar is the place to start.

Geralyn Suhor, presenter for January’s SBAC Seminar, has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 26 years.  Her CPA firm specializes in managing and advising small business owners with their financial matters, review and compilation of financial statements, and preparation of tax returns.  Geralyn is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA), the Society of Louisiana CPA’s (LCPA), and is the Secretary of the Northshore Chapter of LCPA.
