We are seeking an Accounts Payable / Purchase Order Specialist to join our team in Covington. This role is responsible for processing accounts payable transactions, managing a high volume of purchase orders, and ensuring accurate data entry and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices and payments.
• Manage and reconcile high-volume purchase orders.
• Enter data accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain procurement and vendor records.
• Review documents for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior accounts payable experience required.
• Procurement experience required.
• Fast and accurate data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to sit and walk throughout the workday.
