Jutane is a Certified Etiquette Instructor, earning certification through the nationally recognized The American School of Protocol a division of Personal Best, Inc. and Emily Post.

She is the owner and visionary of Elite Etiquette School of Protocol, Inc., which is a Louisiana Veteran Owned Business. Her etiquette certification specializes her in training children from 1st thru 12th grades to thrive in a variety of social environments. She has completed training in Cultivating Character™ through The American School of Protocol equipping her to train children Pre-K thru High School on increasing self-confidence, tolerance and respect for others.

Additionally, she has completed international training in Best Behavior: Essential English Etiquette Course and British Afternoon Tea under internationally renowned etiquette instructor Mr. William Hanson, as well as Corporate/Business with Emily Post.

Jutane is a retired MAJ in the U.S Army and is the loving wife of Alfred Sip and dedicated mother of Jabyri and Randi
